Parking
Valet parking is provided to all guests at no charge.  We suggest you arrive early and enjoy a beverage on the Rose Lawn or in the Emerald Ballroom lobby prior to the start of the program.  The hotel has two fine restaurants, Cava and Sirocco.  For reservations please call the hotel directly at 760-773-4444

All lectures are held in the Emerald Ballroom of the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort and Spa at 44-400 Indian Wells Lane (off Highway 111 – 760-773-4444) in Indian Wells. Click here for a map.
This premier ballroom facility is located toward the back of the property.  
Hotel staff is stationed along the drive to help you find your way.

Evening Schedule
5:00 p.m. Lecture hall doors open
6:00 p.m. Lecture starts promptly.
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management.
7:00 p.m. Hosted cocktails - (Dinner ticket holders only)
7:30 p.m. Dinner - (Dinner ticket holders only)
8:30 p.m. Moderated Q&A - (During dinner, the audience writes questions which are passed to the moderator for review).
