General Information
Tax Deductions
A portion of the cost of your tickets may be tax deductible under Internal Revenue Service rules and guidelines. All ticket purchasers will be sent a statement at the end of the year indicating the deductible portion of the cost of your tickets.
Refunds
For series tickets purchased prior to December 1, 2007, you may cancel and receive a refund up to and including December 31, 2007. For tickets purchased after December 1, 2007 all sales are final at the time of purchase. NO exceptions.
Reselling
Desert Town Hall - Indian Wells is prohibited from reselling tickets for you. You may sell your tickets to others for face value only. Selling tickets for more than face value is a violation of State and Municipal laws.
On-Site Sales
By contract with the hotel we cannot sell tickets on-site. All tickets must be reserved prior to your arrival at the hotel.
Upgrades
When available, you may upgrade Unreserved or Reserved seating tickets. An additional fee applies.
Dinner Menu’s
Each evening program features a sumptuous dinner for those who purchase the lecture/dinner package. The menus offer a first course, entrée and dessert. Optional entrees, including meatless or fish, are available for those with dietary restrictions. Please call the Town Hall office directly for menu details – 760-416-3400
We request you make your optional menu selection at least 48-hours in advance.
Assisted Listening
Assisted listening devices are available for the hearing impaired. Please call the Town Hall office at least one-week in advance to reserve a device - 760-416-3400
